After spending 12 hours since yesterday afternoon, I finally fixed the game crash issues and made the compatible patch. Although, DLC content still has to wait. Elspeth is the only DLC character I added for now.

Good news! I may expand my mods area with Fallout 4 mods (if I can overcome some difficulties). Thanks to Fallout TV, I went back to Fallout 4 recently before the Warhammer III DLC release.
