What the areola and nipples look like after just pumping breastmilk.
Wanted to share this because the breasts look so different after pumping as compared to after a feeding and some women may be frightened by the way they look. This is completely normal. The areola does appear much bigger and more reddened.

What a vasospasm from breastfeeding looks like.
And it burns when pressure is applied so I can’t put breast back until it subsides. If you get one of these just keep the nipple bare until it fades to avoid any pain. And always air dry after breastfeeding to not get a yeast infection on the nipple called thrush.
