Kalil hired a maid with special skills, to take care of the house and to take care of him. His instructions to Ilia are to be his keyholder, to tease him sometimes and to be strict with him, even when he begs. As a professional, Ilia is doing just that.
Perhaps Kalil should have been more specific about what "strict" means to him, and about the length of his imprisonment.

Clippy Clop is my (recently received as a gift) plushy and it turns out he's an Argentinia fan (this photo was taken one hour before the Wolrd Cup Final).
