Getting back into the swing of things

I'm trying to get back into the swing of things, and physical fitness is a big component to mental health!

Grief and the Tree of Life

Yesterday, at around 4 in the afternoon, my Nana left this Earth. She was an incredible human being, volunteering for decades, and helped combat the AIDS crisis. She's a one of a kind human being, and no longer here with us today. The last person I really looked up to. 💔

I dedicate this Tree of Life to her. A McGill, and the Matriarch of the family. Rest in Peace and Strength.

Phoenix Fan Fusion Sneak Peek

I've been working hard the last few days building my Phoenix Fan Fusion build! This will debut on stage

Originally I didn't want to spoil too much, but I think this gives you a taste of what I'm planning, without giving TOO much away. The black is the undercoating, but this will be much lighter when I get to the dry brushing stage.
