I am exhausted and close to falling asleep. I did some deep cleaning today and also worked out (shoulders day). Plus, holidays consume all my energy. I need a trip to the lake.😊

I woke up too early, but I was able to see my son off. He's on his way to Utah for a five day work meeting. When he comes back, he closes on a home on Monday. Exciting things are happening for him.
I'm going to workout early, and I'm expecting my back, collarbone, shoulder, and neck to warm up and behave at least a little.😜
