There were only a few alterations between the sketch and the final page. Ms. Keel's expression was adjusted a bit for Panel 3, and Ms. Grahz's drink was changed from Nitron to VMAX. We also "zoomed in" more on the last panel.

It was important for Ms. Thorne's office to have a "personal" touch, beyond just shelves with books. Among the things we see in her office are some paintings, including one of an apple and another of a girl riding a horse.
There's a bit of an ongoing theme with Thorne, evidenced by the horse statue on her desk and her tendency to walk around with a riding crop...
