Re work Super Penny

to be honest i wasn't very happy with the Final look for Penny so i spend my day today tweaking her and i'm much happier with the final look 

when for a different more stylized background  and cleaning up the panel lines more

As today was the 20th anniversary of Shantae i wanted to make something for the occasion featuring Shantae herself and some familiar faces
