Level 3 - TFA SnowTrooper Backpack (and full suit coming..)

A little hard to find prop, reasonable simple print...

 

Sectioned into easily printable parts with joining accessories,  separate gem, button, saber exit greeble  and holder. All parts are  centered, flat and repair checked, all you need to do is press print.

Measures 12"/30cm long in total when assembled.

Hi all,

As we grow it is becoming difficult for me to keep up with all the personal requests or need from patrons to cut up files and create assembly guides etc.  I love to help, but I also have to be realistic.  If I do get to my goal of 500 patrons, there is no way I can be cutting up individual pieces for hundreds of people, it's just not going to happen at the rate people want.

Sparkmaker example

Sure, it has some hiccups but the print above was done at 0.5mm (honestly I dont see alot of difference between 0.25 and 0.5 besides the time being doubled.. the LCD is low res so it doesnt really do 0.25 that well anyway)

Welcome to all the new Patrons!

Welcome everyone! if we can keep growing like this things can only get better from here! The more patreons, the more time I get to spend making models and more time = better models. The latest models are just a reflection of that extra time I now have to do all that cool stuff like the stitching and detailing, a few more full body busts etc...  what I would normally spend a few hours on I can...

New Level 2 Prop incoming ..

I m actually printing the samurai storm trooper and it ran into a couple of hiccups, so i'm sort of glad I didn't upload it, once all the printing is done and I am happy with the fit of the pieces I will upload it, its alot of printing to have any mistakes arise.

So, while thats getting sorted I'm all finished with this sort of random prop... not a sword, not a blaster, not a helmet... but somet...

Arnie T2 half Bust uploaded

As promised some time back, Arnie the half bust is available to all patrons to print. 

This has been test printed now several times and fixed several times... and also a few parts adjusted, the exposed shoulder now sits level with the other shoulder, the abdomen cutout is gone.. a few pipes are thicker that were breaking easily etc.. 

Included are 2 x versions, one for FDM printi...

As stated previously, Level 1 is a $3 subscription now, not a $1 per month.

All Patreons who signed up for the $1 package stay on that package  as long as they are subscribed. 

Be aware that if you unsubscribe from the service and come back at a later date, you would have to sign back up under the new $3 subscription plan as the $1 option is now disabled...

Level 2 & 3 - T2 Hi-Res Head

Heya, I have tonnes of stuff to try and get uploaded for you guys and Level 3 also, as soon as they upload I'll try and post but check periodically for new models in the dropbox. The head by itself minus the body was just smaller and uploaded first :)  This is just the head but in much higher res so you can print alot larger than the half torso (which is very wide on the printer bed)...

For some time now I've been trying to figure out some good content we can all have some input on and actually at the end come to something fruitful.

As much as I love StarWars -  the monotony of it and also the fact Level 1 does not have access to those models means that each week its usually a brain ...

Here is something a little different this week, have had a few requests for some time for Genji based helmets so I thought I would give one a go just for something out of the norm.

I am also using a new joint system as you can see that locks the pieces in alot more efficiently than thin little pins.

Well as of yesterday morning my internet has been down, currently have tech support trying to figure out why the modem won't authenticate with them. I have been told the escalation might take up to 2 days, so being thursday here now... it not looking good for the weekend.. Luckily I have about 7gb data on my phone contract each month so im not totally useless, but it sure does make uploading hard ...
