Fun to hang a tiny bit today with Dee Snider! I wish we could have sang our duet, Dead Hearts, but the schedule didn’t allow for it! Hopefully next time!

Breakfast of Beasts!
This is my go-to breakfast, people! I don't follow a specific recipe but here's what it is:
This makes 4 servings:
4 Tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup coconut cream
1 cup boiling water
Mix those together and let that sit in the fridge for a while. I make a batch for the week and keep it in the fridge.
Then throw your favourite fruits and nuts...
