Well, here’s a small answer to a question i’m sure ALL of you have: WHY were the rankings formed in the first place?? According to Lottie, Magic has a LOT to do with it. The rankings were an idea that helped Kosia heal after magic almost wiped out every living thing…
I suppose it makes sense WHY magic wouldn’t be allowed now!
