Snow Fluff

I drew this snep once before. Just a character that's a top heavy snow leopard anthro. 

Phoenix 'C1'

An idea that I have been considering for my comic is to use markers on just the skin of the characters. I want to do this to provide a source of consistency throughout it. The crosshatching is inconsistent by nature, but the skintones would always been the same throughout. C1 is the tone I used here for Chris's skin.

Fluff

Didn't originally plan on uploading this one, as it was just to test out some new paper. But I was on limited time today so I couldn't finish a new piece, and I don't want to miss a day before I even get a week in on it.

Set myself a goal of uploading at least a  b/w piece each day, and one colored each week. so far I've gotten three days. Let's see if I can get a colored piece finished by sunday.

I have no excuse for this. I wanted to get back into using fineliners again, rather than only using the brushes, and I saw a displacer beast sequence recently that I liked, so I decided to try drawing a displacer beast as well. 

Influence

It was joked in our campaign, that an in-universe version of the DM was the one that slipped Imhakaru the Hourglass of transfiguration that changed their appearance. That, mixed with the fact that Imhakaru is paranoid that his own gaining of tails is affecting others (since the other multi-tailed kitsune gains tails at the exact same time, every other level up), lead me to joking about it being...

This just started as a quick sketch of my space demi-god Zein, if he were a full space god. However, it turns out noodle dragons are a lot harder to draw than they look, and after the amount of time it took to get the body right, I ended up putting a lot more effort into it than planned. 

Grand 25

Karu started the campaign at age 20. It's been about three years in character through the kingmaker campaign, though we're about to do a two year time skip, so he'll be 25. He revealed publicly that he was actually a kitsune right before the skip, so after the skip he'll have been public about it for two years.

WWCO logo test

I've wanted to design a logo for a while now, but graphic design isn't really my thing, so I never managed to pull it off.  Did eventually come up with this one, so I gave it a shot. It will likely be tweaked.

It's fun to make the manic lion blush. The two images on the right are separate things that I drew at the time. The left comic was from a moment when they thought I had removed my headset, but I had actually just muted my  microphone.

A new Snep

My normal style with a pen or pencil is typically very slow and deliberate. Doesn't allow for quick ideas or loose inspirations.
I like the idea of using the brushpen for stuff I wanna do quick and not sweat the details.

So I made a new snep to try it out.

Brush Pen Sketches: Eight Tales

I found my Brush Pens over the weekend, and kind of did a whole bunch of sketches over the weekend with them. They're all done with very minimal sketching underneath. most of them only having the basic skeleton. 

This first batch are sketches I did of a bunch of characters from our Kingmaker campaign. Imhakaru/Hiromi, Neylin, Nathan, Kyra, and Bao. 

The Hatching

I wanted to do an Illustration in the style of old movie posters for the campaign I'm running for a few friends. The four characters are all trapped in a time loop, repeating the same day over and over, where a bunch of bugs come out of the statue of liberty and then the day resets. 

It's my first attempt at running a campaign out of a book.
