The importance of Proper Form
Just cause you got muscles now, doesn't mean you'll instantly know what you're doing.
Sketched out personal idea for a post-tf. Often see these tfs into big muscular people, including quite a few that i've done, but really... they're gonna have to work to keep that new muscle maintained. And that requires knowing how to properly work out.

Shadow Possession
