I play quite a bit of ezreal and i can feel the buff, makes ur waveclear in mid and lategame a bit faster which is nice, he is also a bit stronger now because of other adcs being nerfed, for sure not a bad champ, i just think he is a bit worser in soloq cus no cc and high dps potential compared to a hyper carry like Jinx, or a utlity champion like MF, but for sure not a bad champ.

Fiddle change is nice but doesnt make him god tier, i already rate him highly, karfus still the king of AP jglers.
morde change is better for jungle morde than top morde tbh, he is up a tier, its a fine champion to play if u wanna play like aribo ( fullclear and flame ur team)

Morde remains the same champion as always, good vs melee dive comps, terrible vs anything else, this passive doesnt change that and his lane remains useless vs range champs / even vs some melee champions so not worth to bump him up.

Kassadin remains a counterpick, not good enough buffs to pick him blindly unless OTP. If you are a good kassadin you will be very happy with these buffs tho.

GP Gets buffed for some reason, for sure one of the best blind picks atm, not so easy champion tho, S+ some games for sure but overall a solid S tier pick, think he is better in comp play than soloq with the way his champ wants to play
Gwen buff is welcomed after the previous nerfs she got, still she is worse than what she used to be, shes a good pick into champions like Ornn for example...
