Today I’m picking up some vintage furniture (for only $5!) to refinish, finishing my Christmas shopping for my family, and going to the post office. I also did more self portraits I’ll be posting later - here’s a preview :)

Last leg of this trip. I was on Amelia Island last night, worked there this morning, and I’m now in an Airbnb in Jacksonville. 

And I spent over an hour on the phone because of family dramatics (the holidays bring out the best in everyone), and now I’m finally preparing for bed. But, despite that, today was wonderful and I’ll be working on Photos tomorrow as well as doing a quick jour...

I look sad, but I’m not. Today I went to my favorite grocery store in the world - Aldi - I ate cookie dough chocolate truffles, and I got a coupon for buy one get one free for McDonalds sammiches. Which yes, I know, is the height of deliciousness and nutritious ness. Yes, that’s sarcasm. But the fries are great, so it’s fine.

Right now I'm receiving about 90% of the amount that is posted while the remaining 10% goes to transaction fees and the patreon site. Today I'm leaving for Ohio to see Diana and then my family for the holiday. I'm already a bit exhausted thinking about it as I just got home from Philadelphia Saturday night. But, in any case, it will be nice to see my family and Diana and spend some time at home.

I'm going to try to occasionally post here while I'm at home - I'll be shooting quite a bit of content with Diana and will be sharing...

I've been swamped with emails, comments, and my etsy store sales, but I'm working on a lot of things tomorrow. And it's Thanksgiving week and I'm going home to Ohio on Monday! Someone used a sampling of images from my portfolio to present to an art class at University of Montreal on photographing the nude form, and this is what a woman had to say:

"A woman said that your tones are mostly cold, and the bodies as if they were embalmed, giving a distance of a scientist observing the situation, or maybe doing it s own introspection."
