Being a photographer for many years, the benefit of doing Shibari is that you pose the model by ropes (Yep, not verbally) and rope gave the support of the model to pose too. It shows the workflow. To maximize the workflow, I am have swivel can spin the model to have a different angle of the shots. Suspension is intense. You want to maximize the shots.

Advantage of bamboo is the ability of applying of multiple up lines in one axis. You can slide the up lines to tighten and widen the spacings. For example, with a minimal planning, I added hair tie with @saraalexx.tv to create extra tension of the shape of the body.

The plan was to have a face down shot without the full suspension. Had a few up lines to increase the intensity of the look. I played with lighting a bit to enhance the mood. My first idea was the head facing the other end. However, it might involve heavy back bent. The orientation was changed. Hair tie gave more intense feel. It actually turned out well. This is the third shoot with @saraalexx.tv I did not use the timer but I believe we have at least 45 minute of suspension time.
