Worked with two beautiful models @ndu1 and @khayabusa_model today. It was my first dual model shoot, They are so easy to work with and the result is amazing. I am looking forward to work with them again. My home studio is 2022-10-21 03:54:55 +0000 UTC

It is always a honor to have shibari model willing to continuously work with me. This really helps me growth. During last session, I planned to have a quick lab time to rerun the running man. yes, I probably raised the forward leg too high. For @seraphina.the.model, it would be more comfortable to do the face down. As a rigger, judging the situation, I made a transition to let her to do the fac...

Shibarstudy.com creates the trend of flying lotus suspension lately. Two models independently sent me the images similar to flying lotus suspension which they would like to try. I applied the @avaemrika hip harness which I learned in a private session at 2022-10-19 09:23:58 +0000 UTC

Hip harness is always in high demand. No surprise, @riann.nova_model was interested in doing that as well. Haha! I have learned my lesson. Inversion seems to be very addictive and model don't realize how demanding it will be with a prolong inversion. Now, I will force to take break in between. Her poses were ama...

Love her energy, in between scenes, @riann.nova_model played with the ring. For my perspective, she was performing aerial acrobatics. I asked for shots and she was happy to pose for me. 😊 My home studio is @bayareaphotoart

I always feel excited about each Shibari photoshoot - the element of the surprise. Especially you work with the model first time. I tie and suspend the model. You nervously wait for the model how to create poses via your ties. Again, it was a success. @riann.nova_model posed beautifully. My home studio is

It was the first time I worked with @riann.nova_model. Bay Area was a bit chill these days and I arrived the studio a bit late. She actually arrived ~15 min earlier (amazing 😂) While I was waiting for the temperature to rise a bit, I asked her for a few test shots and I suggested her to put the jacket on to k...

Worked with @riann.nova_model first time today. It was a joy to work with her. She is very experience model and her pose with the hip harness is so beautiful and artistic. She is so pale and the camera had a tough time to focus on her. 😂 My home studio is @bayareaphotoart

Being Arts or not depends on how a person perceive them. I like this picture because it presents all the elements of rope bondage - shibari. The discomfort results from the rope bites and the body torsion caused by the gravity from the suspension. In additional, the gravity causes the body opening up more. Of course, the model could put effort to counter that but it might make the situati...

Shibari, rope bondage, as a photographic perspective, needs to spicy it up a bit of sadistic. How much? it is totally the judgement of the photographer. Model is @seraphina.the.model

It was a shot few weeks ago with Codie. Codie extends her left leg side way. Transformed the running woman to a beautiful pose with a totally different feel.

For bamboo, it makes it so easy to form a M-shape. In this case, a futomomo and minimal single column thigh tie. It still form a beautiful M-shape.

I really love Emily Bee poses. Her style is always active. Look at her hairs flowing in the air. It is so beautiful and really matching her pose.

A very interesting pose was turned out as planned. @julie.bnwphoto is an experienced model. With the help of the gravity, it opened up the body and created a beautiful torsion. I really love the overall shape.

Using bamboo, it puts less demand on both the rigger and the model. In fact, if the model is active (the model interested to create her own moments and poses). It works better than the running man on bamboo. You can twisted the ropes support both legs. This is good for photo shoot.

Played with the the small bamboo during the last shoot with @meddisworldmodel. A small and short bamboo has a lot of potential and I just need to spend more time to experiment it. My home studio is @bayareaphotoart

I found out the relaxed m-shape may be very comfortable too. You have warps on both thighs and easy to add the third rows to give a bit more support (less intense on both thighs). I worked with @zapiesque first time and her first suspension too. Her pose is so beautiful. Especially the model has a bit longer body, the ...

This was a different kind of experimentation. I was asking @seraphina.the.model to raise her legs. It is actually more demand on the model since there is no rope to support her legs. However, it was a different kind of beauty of body art. My home studio is

It was my first time work with @julie.bnwphoto and it was a joy to work with her. There was an interesting discussion whether the same tie and the result (pose) will be the same. My argument is every tie is different and every model reacts to tie differently. Also the angle of the shot is a factor as well. My home...

Practiced the full body Hishi (diamond) harness with @maddiesworldmodel. The harness looks pretty interesting. It seems the number of the diamonds is variable, and tension of each diamond is still a challenge. It is surprisingly very good for suspension. My home studio is 2022-09-22 08:25:52 +0000 UTC
