I don't bother keeping the old version here, since i believe there's no way the old version is better than this one. The time is too close, but i found a way to fix their faces, especially their laughing expression which i prefer A LOT.

Yeah this is why i needed to create a new character urgently. I think it's the first.. (? first time that i've made a character laugh not because of tickling. >XD Well he's kinda neurotic... and certainly needs to laugh at his own joke... well i do hope this page can build more of their personality.

I think the fun part about making this page is that the blue and red light effect from the siren hit on characters from different angle will show different mood.
But also, drawing less is harder sometimes, like with some hint implying in this page, you'll still know there're a lot of patroller cars and patrollers at front of the building, even though i barely drew them. It's fun. ^^...

This part of the ocean exists around the Featherquill, people call it, Tikuyon, in quillian.
These exotic fishes, jellyfishes, starfishes and corals, especially the fishes, are designed by myself. Yeah, time to create some exotic creature. It's fun. ^^
