I think I've update all non-GUI scripts (and added a few extra). :)
Next update will bring back GUI Player Editor. Maybe even this weekend.

You can approach to loan any player now. But still, there is no guarantee that player will agree to join your team.

Vote for features that should appear as soon as possible in FIFA 20 Live Editor (previously known as FIFA Career Mode Cheat Table).
GUI and GUI only features (match-fixing, schedule editor etc) will be probably available in October/December.
FIFA 19 - CM Cheat Table v1.4.0 is available for download
It was not possible to edit release clause through cheat table GUI in v1.3.9. This update should fix this problem.
This is also probably the last update of FIFA 19 table.
