You might have to scale the models to your preferred size in Blender or another program. However if you import a model from SFM into Blender using the mdl importer, you might want to scale the models to 0.394 and then ctrl+a to set Rotation&Scale to 1.0

Prop Request Week05 Release
Here are all the models I was able to make.
For the Hypno stuff you can drag RootTransform from models into one another and use default slider to get them into the correct position.
Hypno Computer and Hypno Helmet go together.
The Hypno Buds and Headset can either go with the Chair or Cart.
