I've upgraded my workflows to use animatediff version 3, which just came out a few days ago! Loving the improvements. More consistency, easier to make long consistent video!  I'm still refining things to improve outputs, but longer videos are incoming!

FutaCorp training video - concept

LoL... I made a 1 minute video; a mock training video for a fictional company where all the women are Futa.  There is a tiny amount of stock footage, but the rest is AI generated.  It was a fun experiment, and I'm sure I'll get better the more I learn!
