A user complained they were seeing some  odd CPU+GPU usage in 8-7 but was fine in today's proton-experimental.  After testing with this build based on today's experimental they  confirmed it was working here too.

• Fixes issue with controllers not working in lutris for some  applications (Example: PS5 DualSense when connected via bluetooth in EA  App). This is done by setting two registry values by default:

(1) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\winebus\DisableHidraw=1
