So things are not going great. It turns out since this problem is on both sides of my spine the microsurgery cannot be done, as it would compromise its structure. I've been advised by the neurosurgeon to wait until it progresses further to have a (much) more invasive procedure done to address the problem, but will also limit the range of motion of my neck. I am supposed to see a long-term pain ...
