If you're on 0.46.0 and can't be bothered to change versions then just make sure you wait until morning on day 9 to go downtown and see Leilani.
There's now a straight pipeline for the Snack Tier, which is Wanda/Leilani cross -> Mutual Feeding Wanda -> Chapter 1 Finale. I may do some votes for the finale because it will probably take a few updates to complete, but if not, Snack Tier voting will certainly be back once chapter 2 starts.
