Finally after a lot of head scratching I managed to come up with an "interesting" idea for the cover of the Uzaki doujinshi...!
The cover of the book and its content are kind of unrelated, though... 😅

I really like manga that make good of use of elements like these, they give the page a lot of life and dynamism. However when poorly done these can make the page look like a wall full of graffiti; an unintelligible mess.
