Mod: No Occult CAS Background Effects

Nothing mega fance, just a slightly reduced version of that gorgeous bun that came with IL. Once again I love the original mesh, but just like with my Sunday hair, I felt I needed a slightly more moderately sized top knot for the sims who don't have MEGA hair :D
