I loved all of your ideas for the names of the soap opera characters, so I tried combining multiple suggestions. Most of them had a similar direction, so here we go :D Thank you!
And yes, the Doctor's first name is still Fernando, that's canon. You can brag about knowing super secret canon trivia!
