To change texture:
Open Vam> go to "Tongue Materials" tab > Textures and assign textures from TongueDripsTextures.var.
Then in "Params" tab set Diffuse Bumpiness, Gloss Texture Offset and Specular Intensity as you like.

The house is controlled and can moved by "House" atom. If you wish to rework some rooms, just toggle "show hidden" checkbox in Select mode.
Also, there is a 10 lights in scene, one for each room, so you can remove any of them if it will too hard.
For this scene you will need:
3rd part, guys! Now we can build second floor.
Top have one texture, for not to go into micromanagement at all, but here 4 textures for floors.
They are all represented for 3x3, 4x4, and 6x6 rooms. Some of them have hole for stair, some going already with stairs.
Also, separate stairs are included for free placement.
