Currently uploading our next video, and deciding on the thumbnail and I'd appreciate your feedback

The majority of our thumbnails are black and white background photos with one large photo of the subject in the middle, however, with since we are covering the Bianca Devins case, I thought it would be nice to tint the background photos pink, to go along side the #pinkforbianca movement. Let me know which one you think is best.
