The big penguin himself has now got some flat colours.

I don't know why I keep drawing weird versions of dedede but they are real relaxing and fun so I guess it works for me so hopefully it can work for you for now until I get to the next cute girl drawing :' D

Again I'm just exploring Marcy's character a little bit here with how she is with her spook related work (and a how she is with Liz)
Despite there being so many types of spooks, she'll still do research into any new one's she might come across to learn about them!!

Art has been a bit slow recently but I've been scribbling and sketching some random stuff to keep the drawing energy somewhat flowing.

A bit of a concept piece I did to explore Marcy being a spook investigator

For me it's hard to get proportions correct on paper. I usually scan a sketch and then resize a lot of my rough sketches to get everything to a good-looking size and shape.
This sketch is more or less unedited and the proportions arent too shabby???

Only recently I really thought that Marcy doesn't real serve a 'purpose' outside being a cute character design so I wanted to change that.
I put some thought into what sort of 'work' she'd do and I think Marcy being a 'Spook' enthusiast / investigator would suit her quite well and will give me some fun ideas to draw. She'd be the kind of clumsy-ish investigator who ends up needing some go...
