Kela Took over the ice cream stand in order to feed everyone her very own ice cream. Thats one way to make everyone wear pamps by the end of the day. Kela had to test it out first tho on the Ice Cream Fur. She can enjoy the fruits of her labour now.
Kela is small but she has Lust for control and playtime. She is not one you wanna mess with :P
