Patron Discord Update!

Hi everyone - I finally got Discord roles configured correctly! Now, if you go into settings and connect your Discord account with your Patreon account (Settings -> More -> Connected Apps -> Discord) you will automatically be added to the "Patron" role on the Otherworlderotic Discord. No more micromanaging for me :)
