The thing with the past is that even if certain things seem familiar, they are different in that time frame. And sometimes, this view suddenly gives you new perspectives in life.
This chapter follows Tiffany foremost and thus tends to be more story heavy in the grand scheme of things, but this doesn't mean that Dorothea has stopped her growing ways, hehe.
