Space Marine II Analysis

Analysing the Space Marine II cinematic trailer. To say it bluntly, its really good. But as a critic, not finding something that could be improved can't be tolerated. So I did my best and I think I managed to give a fair analysis of this trailer. Overal though, I'm definitely happy to see a sequel to Space Marine. Hopefully you guys are as well.

The Final creation video of this project

As promised, number 23 will be the last creating video of this project. In this video I show off some of the last shots that I worked on, including the Warhound Titan which was probably my favorite shot of the whole film.

Going over the top with the bois

Part 21 of working on the project. I guess this scene is what most people are looking forward to the most. I really hope I've been able to portray the assault in big enough scale because I was reaching my computers limits with so many characters on screen. Around 180 charging soldiers.

But yes as you see the project is still going strong

Escaping Exterminatus

Battle Brother Buzz Lightyear escapes his doom. Betrayed by the Imperium, he is on a quest for vengeance across the Galaxy. Xenos, traitors, Chaos, he will encounter it all.

All things aside when the lightyear trailer launched I knew it had to be a 40K meme one way or another. Hope this one gave it a nice twitch. 

First print

Finished my first print.  Should have cleaned it a little bit better so its a bit gruffy, but other than that the detail is quite good. Really having a blast learning this stuff and thinking about what else I could print :)

American Psycho is a goddamn great movie. And Christian Bale as Patrick Bateman does a terrific job. This is just such a damn iconic scene and I felt it was a perfect portrayal of what a certain salty company must have felt being surpassed left and right by straight up better animations.
Animations after all, are the perfect business card for any company. That is, if it is quality animation....
