This is something I wanted to do for some time now. I recorded the entire sculpting session of one of my sculpts so here is the entire 50 minute video from finish to start. The video is obviously sped up and there is a part missing due to Zbrush crushing midway. Zbrush crushing is almost a mandatory part of the sculpting process.

The hoplites are going to be the bread and butter of next month's release. Not only can you use these guys individually for guard statblock dudes with their spears and shields, but you can also rank them up in a phalanx formation. I am going to include a movement tray with 25mm round slots for just this reason.

Here is the WIP on the dragonborn lance defenders. This guy is part of the lance defender footmen. There are going to be several different poses and modular options for different weapons. The heads might also end up being modular if the geometry allows it without there being too many wonky connections.
