• General RAM usage has been reduced from 10 to 3, allowing more lower end PCs to play the game. Further optimizations may be possible by lowering sprite texture resolutions from 2k to 1k if RAM demand creeps back up in the future.

With a new engine comes new possibilities! All our ingame colors now utilize a sprite shader that separates each frame into three RGB channels:
Green Channel: Flat colors
Blue Channel: Highlights
Red Channel: Shadows
Each flat color is then given it's own green value between 0-255, letting us easily find that value and change it on the fly with little to no impact on perform...
