Panel 2 is a little off for me but I think I need to replace the speech bubbles in other places that don't make them feel so forced?  Plus I tried to do a different type of angle but I don't know if the woman is in a good angle to go with the viewpoint.

Nows not the time to be a perfectionist.  I'll make notes on what doesn't look right and of course I'll take constructive criticism and take that to heart to.  I mean I've never done a graphic novel series before and I'm just following gut instincts when designing page layouts.

Seems so far, I have more time to draw on Mondays and Tuesdays, while Wednesday, Thursday and Friday my time is cut down by half.  I'm seeing if I can pick up some time to draw on weekends but we will see.

I know my pages can take a while due to me trying to do a lot of detail.  Though I feel I might be able to push more pages out in this stage if I don't focus too much on detail as long as the point of the panel is being proven.  I do of course plan on coming back on these older pages and redoing them so that environments and effects come out a lot better than the B&W versions, the on...

Character Concept

Guardian of the Planet taken physical form.  Also 'father' to Grimoire, he has no age but take the appearance of a middle aged man.  He gains the scars from being brought into the world and the battles he faces.  His knowledge of the ancient arts is vast and teaches his 'son' the art of invocation and wielding the elements.

The thing that takes these pages so long for me personally is having to go over the page multiple times and redarken* the lines.  Once I get the tools for digital it would just make my job easier and save "a lot" of time plus I'd be able to put down a lot more detail without fear of loosing the quality over time while working on the same page for so long too.    But I'll go bac...

Commission Status

As of today, I'm open to commission orders so I can save up the money to get art supplies and get closer to digital work.  Decisive Desire will still be worked on, productivity depends on how many are que'd but I'm still hoping to do 1 page a week.

Added more detail to the environment on panel 3, fleshing out the area and making it more 'alive'.  Finished panel 4 and started panel 5 but has more work needed, and of course clothes are going to be added just was fleshing out.

Update

I have to take a break today from my art, have an emergency happen today had to take our dog to the vet.  I'll hopefully resume pg.7 progress tomorrow as long as things look well on my end.  Just letting you guys know about today's progress.

Preclude of Regina (Sword Concept)

The sword of the General of the Holy Paladins of Elysium.  It's a concept, the hilt is the main figure of the blessed divine sword (influenced off of the infamous "Save the Queen" weapons from other series.) The blade is a lot longer than shown, it's about 3 times the size shown.  It looks like a dagger at it's current state.

It harnesses 3 holy orbs, 2 on the sides of the blades and 1...

Still Alive

Just an update guys, things should be looking back to normal for a bit.  I also went clamming at the coast this weekend, came back sore and the next day my allergies decided to be severe on my sinuses. So recovered from that, my work will proceed as planned but just letting you guys know.  Hope your all doing well!

Trying to get the face right in panel 3.  But I think I got it right but it will look better when I finalize the page and shade stuff in.

I'm liking how 1st panel is turning out, and 2nd panel is looking great.  I just need to make sure everything is proportionate and looks natural, I know I'm gonna have a hard time with the lower half though.  

Life Situation

Hello everybody, I'm still planning on doing daily updates like usual, but with how I have some things coming up in my life at the moment, I have less time to spare but I'm making time for my work later in the day to have at least a couple hours to spare past my usual bedtime.  I hope you are all doing great!

Redid some of the panels. I have a feeling I'll be redoing some of the imagery within some of the panels. I really like the center space so I'll be doing as much as I can to center focus that.
