It's been a while since the last public release. In case you are a new player or don't remember my release formats, there are two file formats attached to the post. The Jar file will run on any OS as long as you have Java 8 or newer installed. The Zip file contains an executable that is Windows only, but is bundled with its own copy of Java.

Fixed Bronze Cock perk not applying to Carry or Fly
Characters wearing strapons can initiate intercourse without a minimum arousal requirement
