Usually people look for references for drawing some poses. Pinterest is a great platform to find different sketches and studies, and it's an awesome option to understand and learn.
Another option is using special dummies for drawing. These are a bit expensive but are useful too! And you can see the character from different points of view.

Probably you already saw this, but I wanted to add a little comment about the order in layers. The result change if you alter the order of Multiply and Overlay layer! Keep this in mind when you are drawing ^^
