Hi guys, the heat seems to have calmed down so I can go back to work for you.
In this period the PMM Mod Manager has stopped working because Capcom has changed its DLC system, so there are other alternatives to make your mods work.
First you can use the manual mode just put your file .pak in this folder \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\StreetFighterV\StreetFighterV\Content\Paks\~mods

Hi guys, very good news I was able to understand how modding works in this game, now I can start creating something simple just to see if there are any bugs. As you can see Cyndie's body does not fit perfectly with Prompto body, but I think with some small trick it can work perfectly.

Ok guys, I'm at a good point with understanding how this game works, it is not easy to create mod but is feasible.
So here is a very simple mod, Android 18 Alt Costume with some colors it is not yet finished and not even perfect, but it's 100% functional.
How works, simple just extract the folder here:
