Rampage stat boots only apply for Wrath user, not other players or mobs that got affected by Enrage.
Ramage will force u to be in constant attack with other entities, else it will deal damage to u, ignoring armor, magic, barrier, etc. It's like 20% - 25% so u will die fairly quickly.
