A chance meeting with a classic car enthusiast and his lovingly restored and much used Austin Healey 3000 led us here. We just had to film Patrick and his Squealy.

BOM May 2021 Update

In episode 34 of Project Binky we start the reassembly. But before it gets too exciting, we need some sound deadening, heat management and rust proofing. The painted shell begins to take shape as a car and not just a selection of parts.

March 2021 Update #2

We told you not to get too excited... Episode 34 of Project Binky is nearly ready, we expect to have it ready sometime next week. A little later than hoped, but that's the story of the build so far... Escargot 6 is going to be a couple of weeks or so after that. 

Then it gets exciting as in episode 35 of Project Binky, we're aiming to fire it up for the first time. We can hardly wait...

Update March 2021

It's been a few weeks since we finished painting the mini and it seems to have gone down quite well. Body shops around the world will be cursing Nik and his creative use of pearls forevermore. In the meantime what's been happening? 
Well, the next job on the mini is to prep the shell before re-assembly and that includes stuff like heat management, sound deadening, carpeting and the like...
