Well, since i got no experience in making really long stuff, i thought that i should really consider having some kind of organisation, so basically this is what i've been working on:
A master file with all the key poses what would be involved in the final animation. like a storyboard. then i can re-use this file to build every single scene and file :3

I'm really disapointed with this website.

Made some mako shader for the body cover and for the monster, because i'm gonna go with that original idea i had of the mako tentacles :3
