Thanks to a generous requester I was able to get a current version of this game (2022/06/01) from steam and updated to that version
Basic Inventory Editor for MHR 3.1.0 on Ryujinx LDN 2.3
This only works on the top bag at the moment. It lets you add new items and adjust existing items and their quantities.
