dip pen nibs

I've been trying my hand again at inking with nibs and was getting very frustrated by the process (sometimes it was fine, sometimes all blotchy and unresponsive), and after many tries I now realize it's the cheap ass ink I bought that makes it all so tedious :D

I now realize I have never traditionally inked with GOOD black ink. It's always been the cheapest stuff, and never satisfying. NO...

Plume&Demons teaser

And here I can officially thank the Sims for making my job a little easier to find the right decor for Olivia's guest bedroom :)

I downloaded the game, and dedicated a whole morning of learning how to build houses (I just imported one already made and changed some of the furniture actually haha) and didn't AT ALL play a few hours after creating LTT characters as Sims NOOOOOO...

Just came back from my Bretagne #vanlife roadtrip, and it was amazing! I'm so happy to live in this part of France, so I have so many (BEAUTIFUL) things to explore around me! So many forests to drool at („-ω-„)

Didn't draw a lot on the road, but I know that the inspiration's there when I come back to drawing later on.....
