Egyptian Jackal

TLDragon was the winner for YCH sketch #3 of his Jackal character Zielrust.  I really love anything Egyptian themed and enjoyed creating her costume for this particular sketch.

Ribbons

This is a sketch done for Soulwolven of his character Omegawolf.  He enjoys a bit of fun play along with ribbons and silk.

Lary the pill bug

It's not to often you get asked to do a bug character.  I drew Lary a couple of times with different styles and themes.  Had a lot of fun with all of them.  Some other oddities I've drawn include banana slug, scorpion, spider, moth, centipede and more.

Magestic Lion

Just realized I missed the 24th for posting.  I will post two images this week to make up for it.  This lion was done as a mini sketch for the art show at one of the conventions.  Every now and then I would do four to six of these at a time.  I loved this one so much I eventually colored it.  Original sketch was 3x4 inches.

Sand Liger

This lovely lady was part of our artist monthly challenge.  This choice was Liger and it just so happened that Bahumot had elemental character that was a liger.  Something you don't often see in the fandom.

Gelada

This is the finished sketch for Skylover4545 who won the YCH pose #2.  It's not to often I get asked to draw a monkey or Ape.  She wanted a Gelada or Bleeding heart baboon.

Love all the fur and what a mane they have.

Unusual Suspect

I always enjoy drawing something out of the blue that is so unusual it has to be done on paper for others to see.  My friends and I were joking around and I could not help but draw up a sexy tapeworm.

Windy Coast

This is Molly the Soay sheep.  Hendak was the winner of the YCH sketch pose #1.  

Bold Warrior

This is the finished piece for YCH auction pose #4 for Thatblackfox.  It's based on a pokemon called Arcanine.  They remind me of a cross between a tiger, lion and wolf.

If you look closely you can even see pokemon balls in the accessories.

African Elephant

One of these days I'm going to draw my D&D character Odion.  He's an grumpy old African Elephant who's best friend is a Cape Buffalo.  I wanted to play around with the body type and anatomy to get a feel of what he would look like.  These little sketch were a blast and I look forward to one day doing a finished piece with his armor and maul.

Looking into each others eyes

A tender moment between lovers.  A commission sketch I did for Home con.  Home convention was when some of my artist friends and I would get together and draw.  It was like a vacation but we also got work done as well.

Titanboa

This large lovely lady would love to wrap her coils around you.  Did I say how much I love snakes.  Another commission for Forge of his Delta lady.

Lady of the Night

A bat sketch I did of Kazen's character Midian.  Done back in 2015.  Since this was an old photo of a sketch I had to do some touch ups to make it more presentable.

More than just wings

This was a fun character to draw as she had three sets of wings.  I believe I did this at one of the conventions but just can't remember which one.

A grey fox is looking for her next meal during the last cold weeks of winter.

Raptor

Velociraptor and very popular and I'm always happy to draw one.  This is actually a rare ink and marker piece.  Most of the time I prefer to do pencil sketches but every now and then I enjoy an occasional ink illustration.

Fun Games to play

Two ungulates enjoy the time to tickle each others fancy.  

This sketch was done at Antrhocon and is of an oryx and okapi, two animals you don't see very often in the fandom.

When Maned wolves can fly

Wings are often a challenge but if you draw them enough they become much easier with each sketch.

Maned wolves are one of my favorite canines.  They are like a mix of fox and wolf on stilts.

Love at Cat Falls

Two Chakats snuggle together during the warm spring days near cat falls.

This is an older sketch but one of my favorites done in 2008.

Have a Seat

Another collie sketch done at I believe Anthrocon 2019.  Collies seem to be a very popular breed of dog along with Huskies.

Otter ready to trade

This sketch I did for a portfolio of native North American animals back in 2003.  I do plan to color this one at some point.  I really like the long slender bodies otters have contrasted by their cute short limbs.

I can see them gathering small river rock and carving them into fine works of art to trade with travelers.
