Progress on the updated Prologue has begun. I'm not super far into it at the moment, largely due to the fact that the second scene is one of the largest I've ever done. That wouldn't be a huge deal, but my pos computer really strains with as many characters on screen as this one has, so I have to deal with laggy inputs.

Okay.. THIS is the final update before release...

66 animations. That's how many animations I had to render for the post-show segment. Many of those are different angles of the same shot, obviously, but I had to make so many variations based on player preferences that it was waaaay more work than I had expected.

Okay... I finally finished the last match and plugged it into the script, so only one scene left to go! The match took me a little longer than I wanted it to because I was trying to come up with some fresh moves and other spots, so I spent a lot of time just sitting here staring at the screen trying to figure out what to do next.

I mainly ask because technically BBBP pt. 4 takes place between weeks 7 and 8, and so should probably be finished before week 8 is out, but this ...

I'm about to begin work on the final match. I finished plugging the Top Hat Challenge into the script, wrote and finished the short segment that follows that, as well as the lead into the last match.

I'm not sure how long the post-show segment will take to produce because I realized that I have to do two very different segments for the sharing and non-sharing paths.

Setbacks, but still progress

So if you read my rant on Discord, you'll know that I had some annoying issues with the hardcore match, which cost me a solid day of work while I photoshopped around 70 images to fix the sky.

On a completely unrelated note, don't look too hard at the sky during the hardcore match.

The next segment went smooth, then the Top Hat Challenge took longer than I thought it would to finish....

The second match is finally done! This took waaaay longer than it should have, and I'll go into some of the why it did a bit later. I now need to figure out the segments that will sandwich the Top Hat Challenge, and then we're in the final stretch with the last match and post-show shenanigans (which I already have mostly written).

Hopefully the last match will go smoother than the second ...

So the update is that there isn't much to say. I'm still on the second match because real life reared it's ugly head and I haven't have any time to work on the game. I should be fairly free the next few days, though, so I hope to be able to make real progress soon.

Reiko needs someone to fight, so let's figure out who it is. I've realized that there aren't too many singles wrestlers that are up to challenge for the NSFW Championship (thus the inclusion of Tina even though I also need her for the tag-team division since it's also fairly slim pickings.)

There's already a ton of girls in the game, but I think I may need to hire a couple more wrestlers ...

Week 8 update

Finished up the Queen of the Obscene match and I'm getting ready to plug that and the short segment that precedes it into the script.

That leaves the next segment, the Top Hat Challenge, another segment, the last match, and the post-show shenanigans. None of those besides the match should take a huge amount of time to do, but we'll see.

I'm going to try to knock out part 2 of Boom-B...

I finally finished the first match. Procrastination is a hell of a drug.

In all seriousness, that should hopefully be the longest segment to finish due to the fact that it was a tag team match, and it ended up being fairly robust.. almost 120 images including the intro and outro.

Now I need to plug them all into the script and add the commentary, which will take a while because.. yo...
