I kinda went with my inner jackal on this shoot - Cam had a super cool blue and pink directional light theme and I posed like never before! Some of my favorite athletic poses look totally different in this unique lighting, and I even improvised into some super funky new ones ;)

There is something super nice about taking selfies in bed for you to enjoy. It's peaceful, simple, even intimate. The story behind this shot is pretty funny- I modeled for Lindsay Adler's fine art nude workshop (twice actually!) and this look was the last of the day. The team painted my full body solid matte and was led to the backdrop photo area for my gold splashing. I love the way he put this collage together.... it's like I am jiving with this little plant. A plant that could easily be stepped on and ignored... Yet Vinnie photographed it, made it timeless, and put it next to me in this montage... sometimes I feel small and insignificant too... I relate to this plant in a way.

Chillin nude on the ocean floor, this is actually harder than it looks! Freediving without fins is a bit of a challenge, plus trying to sink in saltwater is a little anti-levitation trick. This is one of the lovely images by Elena Kalis in the Bahamas.

So what do you think about these compared to the Pinup Vogue self portrait photos I shared on Jan 8th? I am always curious about the opinions of my followers when it comes to the styles and levels of creativity and effort versus personal/ intimate iphone images. There is emotion and care put into both sets, but the self portraits involve more composition, settings toggling, post processing etc ...

Interesting back story: I was supposed to model for a photographer on this day, but at the last minute our shoot had to be rescheduled to to heavy rain (it was an outdoor theme) and he had requested this hairstyle.
