I was feeling pretty great about getting a new build out, and carried that into this week. I managed to get a lot of animation done.
I spent some time working on known issues, and trying to clear away bugs.
People mentioned being able to teleport OUT of the dungeon level, so I tried to patch that up a bit. I THINK I got most of it, but eventually I'll have to refine...

Got a lot done this week, and I think I'm still on track to release a build by the end of the month.
I have a special event I wanted to test, and I was able to get that working this week. I think I'd like to add some more animations to it in the future, but right now it has enough that it works, and I'm pleased with it.
Still needs all its sound effects, though....

Its been a little while since a build release, so I'd really like to release something this month.
While I don't have any new cutscenes finished, there are a lot of bug fixes, and a few updates that are done.
So I've done a little bit of sprucing up the dungeon, getting the different wings look more lived in and complete.

Big win this week was getting the costume for the cultist men finished.
I was able to get the retopology and UV mapping done pretty quickly, and I spent a little more time texture painting, but I didn't want to go crazy with it. Too much detail and things won't jive with the other creatures.

This week did end up being a bit more productive, as I was able to work mostly uninterrupted.
Not a lot to show off, but parts of several things got done!

This week I focused on making sure all puzzle elements and combat scenarios worked after the changes that were made to combat and stealth.
In addition to making sure players always have access to some magic to draw, I made sure any combat rooms also have some objects to throw, so even if you forget to draw magic you have SOME self defense.

My leg injury requires that I have it constantly elevated, otherwise there's a fair bit of pain -> discomfort. I'd show you a photo of it, but its pretty gross at this point. Just imagine something from the game scorn... Or pretty much any other body horry game. This means time spent at my desk was a bit limited, but I did manage to spend time working.

Finally feeling back in the swing of things. Spent some more time working on animation this week, adding in the missing couple of animations that I had previously missed on my list. The Imp and the dude now have all their generic movement and interaction animations.

As you can see, I managed to get both of our new enemies all plugged in and walking around in game. They both respond appropriately to most attacks, and do the proper patrol behaviours.
I'd forgotten how long and tedious it is hooking all the animations up and getting everything plugged in!
