We finally made it!

1600 Nautical Miles lay behind us. We sailed all the way from Morocco to the west African islands of Cape Verde. It will be our last stop before crossing the Atlantic.

It’s our new crew’s first sail and first overnight passage. This week on SV CUBA we have left Tunisia and are en route to Malta. There is no wind to sail but we are making the best of it and enjoy some lovely passage food. At night we have a scare with a fishing boat almost crashing into us.
