Per-creation billing

Well this is kind of dumb, Patreon doesn't actually charge per creations until the end of the month per their website:

So I have to make a post to charge for creation, so this is the post!! Once the payments have cleared I will be emailing out the page!

I've never done this method before so it might be a bit wonky.  So once the payments clear, keep an eye on your email =)
